Partner programme questions
Who can become a partner?
Anyone who can introduce TripSarthi to Indian travel agencies, tour operators or DMCs — consultants, accountants, community owners, trainers and other professionals. We review each application, and we create your partner account and send you a private invite link.
How much do I earn?
The standard rate is 20% of what each referred customer pays for their plan, for 12 months from their first payment. The calculation is on the plan price before GST and after any discount. Your agreement states your exact terms.
How are referrals tracked?
Through your personal link (for example tripsarthi.com/?ref=YOURCODE) or your referral code. The first partner link a visitor uses is remembered for 90 days and credited when they register. You can follow every sign-up in your dashboard.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission is held for 30 days after the customer’s payment, then becomes ready to pay. Once you have at least ₹1,000 ready, the TripSarthi team pays it to your UPI ID or bank account and records the reference in your dashboard.
What if a customer is refunded or stops paying?
If a payment is refunded or reversed during the hold period, the commission on it is cancelled. If a customer stops paying, you simply stop earning on them; commission already paid out is yours.
Are there taxes on my commission?
Commission income may be taxable, and tax deduction rules can apply depending on your status. Please check with your own adviser; we will confirm the details of invoicing and any deductions in your partner agreement.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Signing up with your own e-mail or mailbox does not earn you commission. Referrals have to be genuine, separate customers.
Is there a limit on how many agencies I can refer?
No. There is no cap on referrals and no joining fee.
